Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pasawin ("pasawin", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pasawin, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

By completing pasawin account registration, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms are supplemented by the pasawin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and pasawin.
Use of pasawin is voluntary. You are under no obligation to register. However, once registered and particularly once Real Money Play commences, these Terms apply in full.
pasawin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on pasawin.net prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use pasawin. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. pasawin strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings will not be paid.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on pasawin. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, payment method, or device — are strictly prohibited. pasawin reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit balances held therein.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pasawin Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pasawin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
pasawin is required by Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to permitting withdrawals and Real Money Play. Acceptable KYC documents include: Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or driver's licence. pasawin may request updated documents at any time for ongoing compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
pasawin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; collusion with other players; abuse of bonuses; or any activity harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, balances may be forfeited.
pasawin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. pasawin may add or remove payment methods at any time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no upper deposit limit under these Terms, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your pasawin Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. pasawin does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player's Account must have passed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5–30 minutes for e-wallets (GCash, Maya) and 1–3 banking business days for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). pasawin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
Important: Any withdrawal request where the Player has not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. pasawin is not liable for delays arising from a Player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on pasawin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pasawin does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pasawin are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. pasawin reserves the right to specify which games contribute to Wagering Requirements and at what percentage.
pasawin actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; or systematically exploiting promotion mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, pasawin reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.
Bonus Funds and free spins are valid for the period specified in the relevant promotion. If Bonus Funds are not used within the stated validity period, they will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
All games available on pasawin are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the result recorded on pasawin's server logs shall be the definitive record.
pasawin uses games provided by licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. The results of all games are determined either by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live dealer actions, both of which are independently tested and certified for fairness.
In the event of a system or software error causing an incorrect result or incorrect payout, pasawin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player. pasawin is not liable to pay out winnings resulting from a manifest error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pasawin and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
pasawin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to refer the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities where appropriate.
All content on pasawin — including but not limited to the pasawin brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and images — is the intellectual property of pasawin or its licensed partners. No part of pasawin's content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from pasawin.
Third-party game content displayed on pasawin remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. pasawin has secured appropriate licences to distribute and display such content to Players.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pasawin's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pasawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from use of the platform. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from pasawin's gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
pasawin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally make pasawin temporarily unavailable. pasawin will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
pasawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pasawin will provide Players with at least seven (7) days' prior written notice via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the pasawin website.
If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pasawin and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the amendments take effect. Continued use of pasawin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of pasawin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact pasawin's customer support team to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. pasawin is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
